Directions
Slice off the ends of the watermelon wedge, then cut into 1/2 inch slices
Finely slice the fresh mint leaves
Squeeze the limes over each side of the watermelon slices
Dust each side of the watermelon slices with the Carolina Dirt Rub
Arrange the slices on a plate in a shingled pattern
Sprinkle each slice with the finely shredded mint
