lillie’s q Carolina Dirt rub, 30 grams
cooking oil, 30 grams

Directions
toss wings in lillie’s q Carolina Dirt rub and cooking oil
place wings onto a sheet tray and bake at 350 degrees (convection oven) or 375 degrees (still oven)
cook wings for 15 minutes then flip and cook for another 15 minutes
wings should have a slight char, nice even color, and internal temperature of 165 degrees when they’re cooked
serve with your favorite lillie’s q sauce
