Smoked Chicken Wings

  • chicken wings, 10 each

  • Lillie’s Q carolina dirt, 30 grams

  1. toss wings in Lillie’s Q carolina dirt rub and let them sit in a cooler or refrigerator overnight

  2. heat smoker to 225 degrees

  3. place wings on a sheet tray and sprinkle with some additional Lillie’s Q carolina dirt rub to cover

  4. place wings into smoker for ~2 hrs checking temperature until they reach 160 degrees 

  5. cool wings down and hold in cooler or refrigerator until ready to fry

  6. in a hot 350 degree fryer, cook wings until they reach a nice dark color (about 4 minutes)
